When you purchase our "Platinum Road Hazard Warranty", you will be covered as follows:
If your tire fails due to an unrepairable puncture and your tire become unservicable, it will be adjusted/replaced with the same or a comparably priced tire. Our warranty is good for the life of the tread for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase or when your tread depth wears down to 3/32nd (whichever comes first)
At the time of an adjustment, you will be responsible for:
1. New Road Hazard on the tire that is being replaced
2. Balancing and valve stem on the new tire
3. Tire disposal and any applicable taxes
Our warranty does not affect the orginal manufacturer's guarantee in any way.
Commercial and farm tires are not eligible for this warranty
Our warranty does not cover ride disturbance or vibration problems, tire damage caused by collision, vandalism and/or mechanical defects of the vehicle. It also does not cover willful abuse of a tire.
This warranty is non-transferable.
Our warranty is good nationwide and is eligible for coverage at over 35,000 locations. If you are traveling and cannot get back to us, you can call 1-877-633-3847.
If your tire needs to be repaired, we provide that service free at one of our Rod's Tire locations.
If the repair s done outside the area, our warranty will cover a repair charge up to $20.
In order to validate the warranty at any location, you must have a copy of your original invoice and any additional paperwork you were give at the time of purchcase.
